When you find something that works, let me know. I find that bedtime is the time that is the worst for me. I am surrounded by my thoughts and have no choice but visit them since I'm not runing around like a crazy woman to keep busy.

i Think you need to have a good hot drink of milk or a coco with all milk about 15 mins befor you go to bed it helps a lot.
maybe if you like horlicks malted milk drink
have one of them as you go to bed it really does help a lot
if not go to see your docter he/she will help you out more maybe with some hurb tab to help you sleep
but Sleeping pills are not always the best thing to take if you really Don't need them
anyways hope this will help ya out hunni XXXXXX
